- DEPOSIT: 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior check-in time. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior arrivals can be re-booked within one (1) year of the original booking date. Other restrictions apply for cancellations made within two weeks of arrivals.
